Externally-set licensing
100 days of licensed field work
The four CMFAS papers are regulatory exams administered under the Monetary Authority of Singapore's framework — set by the regulator, not by us. Passing them is a real, externally-recognised milestone.
The designation certifies that you did the work
— a hundred consecutive days as a licensed representative doing real field routines, not
just learning about them.
Assessed, endorsed deliverables
One standard, held for everyone
Every reflection, audit, and proposal is your own work, reviewed and endorsed by a mentor. The work must be genuinely yours.
