THE SCHOLARSHIP
Awarded,
not discounted.
The CeFSA® Scholarship turns the programme fee into a recruitment magnet for the highest-potential students. A limited number are granted each cohort — being selected is itself a mark of distinction.
The Certified Financial Services Associate designation —earned, not attended. Your first real credential in financial services, before you've even graduated.
WHAT IT COVERS
Your full programme fee —
plus a stipend.
A scholarship covers your full programme fee, so a scholar pays nothing to take part. On top of that, scholars receive a cash stipend of $500 to $2,000, set through the assessment. You receive the complete CeFSA® programme exactly as any other candidate — modules, mentorship, and the 100-day immersion.
One thing is never waived: the designation registration fee remains payable by every scholar — a deliberate measure of personal investment that keeps even a fully-funded place an earned credential rather than a free handout.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We care most about one thing:
whether you make things happen.
Clear two gates, then we weigh three qualities. One counts double.
COUNTS DOUBLE
Entrepreneurial Drive
Bias to action, ownership,
and a track record of starting things and pushing them through to a real result. Not plans — things actually done.
Coachability & Growth
Openness to mentorship, honest self-awareness, and the habit of acting
on feedback.
People & Communication
The relational engine advisory runs on — the ability to connect, listen, and move people, or the clear drive
to build it.
You're Enrolled
Currently studying at a recognised Singapore tertiary institution, broadly aged 19–26.
You'll pursue licensing
Able and willing to sit the CMFAS papers and complete the 100-day immersion.
HOW THE STIPEND IS PAID
In stages, as you progress.
The stipend is released against programme milestones rather than all at once — 25% on enrolment, 35% as your papers are passed, and the final 40% as you reach licensing. It rewards genuine momentum.
No clawback. If you withdraw, the stipend simply stops at your last completed stage — what's already been earned is yours to keep.
